NCR Form Printing
Efficient NCR Form Printing Solutions for Your Business Needs
Enhance your business's professional image and instill confidence in your customers with custom printed business forms that seal the deal. Our carbonless forms, also known as carbon copy forms, are printed on multi-part NCR (no carbon required) paper, serving as vital tools for efficiently tracking your business transactions. They find application in various essential documents such as invoice booklets, work order forms, job orders, proposals, and a range of other business forms.
Our carbonless forms are printed on lightweight 20 lb. paper, offering the same smooth writability as standard copy paper. The number in the set denotes the available copies:
- 2-Part Set: Includes a yellow form as an additional copy.
- 3-Part Set: Provides two more copies of the original document on yellow and pink forms.
- 4-Part Set: Offers three additional copies of the white form on yellow, pink, and gold forms.
The configuration of the set's unfolding is determined by a glued edge. Clear glue is applied to any of the following edges on the form: top, left, right, or bottom. This keeps all the copies securely together, enabling quick reference and easy tear-out. Trust our custom printed business forms to streamline your operations and project a professional image.
Production FAQ
How should I prepare my file?
Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode with images at a minimum of 300 DPI. Contact us to confirm the accepted file format before submitting your artwork.
What bleed and safe area should I use?
Keep important text and logos away from the trim edge. Confirm the bleed and safe-area measurements with us for your selected form size before preparing your final file.
What should I expect for colors and coatings?
Screen proofs show layout and placement, not exact printed color or ink density. RGB-to-CMYK conversion can shift colors. Contact us to confirm coating options for NCR forms before ordering.
Do I approve a proof before printing?
The first proof is included. You are responsible for final proof and layout approval before printing, so check text, numbering, size, and placement carefully. Replacing files after the first proof has been sent incurs additional charges.
How long does production take?
Contact us to confirm production timing for your order, especially if you have a deadline. Production and shipping transit are separate; a shipping estimate is not a production estimate.
Can I add sequential numbering?
Sequential numbering is available with numbers up to 5 digits. Specify your desired starting number and placement for review with your artwork.
